Delivery Information

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Musa Vintage shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or third-party couriers
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted is accurate and complete. Musa Vintage accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Musa Vintage has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in returned parcels will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at musavintage@outlook.com. We may require customers to allow sufficient time for Royal Mail investigations before any resolution can be considered.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved goods sold by Musa Vintage, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect fit or sizing
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage or pre-owned items
  • Delays caused by postal or customs services

As many items stocked by Musa Vintage are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-one pieces, customers acknowledge that items may show reasonable signs of age, wear, or previous use. Any significant flaws or defects known to us will be disclosed within the product listing to the best of our ability.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions
  • Measurements
  • Condition notes
  • Product photographs

before completing a purchase.

Items Not As Described

In the unlikely event that an item arrives materially different from its description, customers must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing musavintage@outlook.com with:

  • The order number
  • Clear photographic evidence
  • A detailed explanation of the issue

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Where a claim is determined to be valid, Musa Vintage reserves the right to offer:

  • A partial refund
  • A replacement (where possible)
  • A full refund upon return of the item

Any approved returns must be authorised by Musa Vintage prior to being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Consumer Rights

Nothing within this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights granted to consumers under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
